• Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate several external, including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Manage the onsite activities for Low, medium, and high voltage scopes, starting from design coordination until handover. Managing and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Participate in the concept design phase and provide input until the handover phase.
• Lead, coordinate, and conclude the MEP construction activities amongst several teams.
• Maintain Tesla quality standards
• Able to communicate with subcontractors and other team members.
• Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications.
