Solution Architect (Spanish Speaking)

Role Description

We are seeking a Solutions Architect professional responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that address our organization's business needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Additionally, the position bridges the gap between software development and operations teams by automating software delivery processes to ensure rapid, reliable deployment and efficient software delivery to customers.​

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.​
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Solutions Architect and/or DevOps professional, or over 10 years in software development or architecture roles.​
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision for solution architecture and develop roadmaps for proposed solutions.​
• Conduct solution design, debugging, and performance analysis.​
• Document and share best practices related to new solutions.​
• Advocate for process improvements and actively participate in developing solutions.​
• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle.​
• Review and validate solution designs created by other team members.​
• Integrate automation tools into development processes.​
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize DevOps practices.​
• Establish and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.​
• Assist operations and development teams in troubleshooting and problem-solving.​
• Oversee DevOps processes and operational strategies.​
