We are looking for highly qualified artists with the skills to create a stylized environment, hard surface and weapons.
This is a contract-based position.
Superpowers
you have are
- Experience in creating high-poly and low-poly models of stylized environment, weapons and hard surface assets on given concepts;
- High-poly sculpting in Zbrush;
- Low-poly modeling in Max/Maya/Blender;
- Experience in creating optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
- Stylized texturing skills in Substance Painter and/or hand-painted texturing;
- Ability to follow and correctly interpret/improve the concept idea;
- Intermediate English level and above.
You’re a rockstar
if you have
- Ability to assemble assets into a scene in game engines (UnrealEngine 4, Unity, etc);
- Skills in the creation of materials in Substance Designer;
- Rendering skills in VRay, Arnold, etc.
Working with Room 8 Studio,
you will:
- Create high-poly in Zbrush and low-poly models in Max/Maya/Blender of stylized environment, weapons and hard surface assets;
- Be able to fully follow concepts and given style, correctly interpret them;
- Create optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
- Create stylized textures in Substance Painter and hand-painted texturing;
- Have a good understanding of the modular system for asset creation;
- Create tiles and trims and work with multiple UV channels.
