System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our Corporate IT team. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft cloud services, including Intune and On-prem Active Directory. A strong advantage will be given to candidates with networking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management and security. 
• Administer and support On-prem Active Directory infrastructure. 
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services and networking. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. 
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and On-prem Active Directory
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
• CCNA/CCNP is a big plus

Nice to Have:

• Eagerness to learn and work with Microsoft Sentinel
• Knowledge of Azure Automation, Azure Runbooks, Logic Apps, and Function Apps
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and Exchange

• Networking experience

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-203)
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
