Job Description

As a Technical Lead specializing in Embedded C, you will be responsible for managing technology within projects and providing technical guidance to ensure successful deliverables. You will lead and empower team members, enhancing their skills and productivity, while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance in the development process. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance, developing team members' skills, ensuring process compliance, and preparing status reports. This role requires a strong understanding of Embedded C, firmware development, embedded systems design, debugging tools, and RTOS. The technical lead will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the project and guiding the team to achieve project goals. They will also be involved in code reviews, architecture design, and ensuring the project's success.
Must have:
  • Proficiency in Embedded C programming and Firmware Development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Embedded Systems design and Architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Debugging tools and techniques for Embedded Systems.
  • Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and Hardware Interfacing.

Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Embedded C, you will play a critical role in managing technology within projects and providing expert technical guidance to ensure the successful completion of deliverables. Your leadership will empower team members to enhance their skills and productivity while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance in the development process.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded C Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
    2. Develop And Guide Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Embedded C And Firmware Development, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Increased Productivity.
    3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module While Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Packages And Architecture Best Practices.
    4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks In The Project, Effectively Managing Escalations And Ensuring Timely Resolution.Skill Requirements
    1. Proficiency In Embedded C Programming With Solid Understanding Of Firmware Development.
    2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Embedded Systems Design Principles And Architectures.
    3. Strong Understanding Of Debugging Tools And Techniques For Embedded Systems.
    4. Familiarity With Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos) And Hardware Interfacing.Certification
    1. Optional But Valuable: Certifications In Embedded Systems Or Related Fields, Such As Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) Or Similar Qualifications.
