Job Summary

Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter (Hardware), you will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of crucial positions within the Hardware engineering business group. Your focus will be on recruiting individuals in various Hardware Engineering disciplines, including System EE Design, Engineering Project Manager, Radio Frequency, Antenna Design, and other functional areas aligned with our business teams. You must understand client requirements and assist them in finding the best candidates. You will be accountable for partnering with hiring managers to fill Hardware Engineering organization openings, engaging in direct sourcing activities, effectively screening candidates, overseeing the scheduling and candidate experience, and handling negotiations. Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process is essential, along with collaboration with recruitment peers and People Business Partners.
Must have:
  • Understanding of client requirements.
  • Experience in direct sourcing activities.
  • Ability to effectively screen candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Hardware Engineering disciplines.

Job Details

You will be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of critically important positions across the Hardware engineering business group. You will focus on the recruitment of individuals in the various Hardware Engineering disciplines to include System EE Design, Engineering Project Manager, Radio Frequency, Antenna Design and other functional areas that align to our business teams. You will need to understand client requirements and support them in their efforts to find the best candidates in the market. You will be accountable for partnering with hiring managers to fill openings in the Hardware Engineering organization, direct sourcing activities, effectively screen candidates, oversee the scheduling and candidate experience of all candidates you interface with and negotiations. You should maintain excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process, as well as collaborate with recruitment peers and People Business Partners.
