Job Title: KL4 Test Engineer II

Managing balance of high efficiencies and through put without sacrificing quality.
You’ll Get To
- Collaborate with offshore teams to define, test, and productize innovative solutions, working with QA engineering to create and review test plans for software applications.
- Execute test cases, record and analyze results, report defects using bug tracking tools, and conduct manual testing to ensure software quality.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, scenarios, and results.
- Identify, track, and manage defects found during testing, collaborating with QA and development teams for resolution and retesting.
- Analyze and address complex technical challenges during the testing lifecycle, debugging and troubleshooting issues.
- Share expertise and mentor test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance, automated testing, and code reviews to enhance software reliability and efficiency.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, including web services, API, and DB Testing.
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira.
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experienced in scripting and SQL (ability to write and execute queries).
- Experienced in data testing with understanding of data flow.
- Knowledge of FE & BE automation testing, familiarity with version control tools (GitHub, TFS), CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Experience of collaborating with technical teams and product managers.
Good To Have
- Experience in cloud migration and working with messaging systems like Kafka.
- Knowledge of microservices testing.
- Previous experience in a Cloud product company.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
