The Workplace Experience Coordinator at LeoVegas Group is responsible for providing exceptional employee experience. This role involves managing office operations, greeting guests, handling deliveries and post, maintaining office supplies, ensuring health and safety compliance, supporting budget development, processing invoices, and coordinating with the HR team for employee queries. The position requires strong office management skills, experience with budget coordination, and excellent guest-welcoming abilities. Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish being a plus. The role is office-based, part-time (20 hours per week).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Workplace Experience Team is now looking for a Workplace Experience & HR Coordinator to join our high performing team.
You will be part of a passionate and skilled team with the aim to provide the greatest employee experience. The role is global and you’ll work with tasks impacting everyone at LeoVegas Group. If you have the right experience for the job and are working well in a fast-paced working environment with a lot of exciting initiatives and a real opportunity to make a difference, then this is your call to take the chance!
This role requires you to be fluent in English (Spanish would be a great add on), and will be an office based role for 20 hours per week.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Greeting & welcoming guests as they visit the Office.
- Ensuring the reception & office area is tidy & presentable.
- Booking transport and accommodation for any employees, customers, suppliers & guests .
- Receiving packages, deliveries & letters and keeping company post log up to date.
- Managing & keeping track of office supplies & ensuring it is always stocked, including groceries and Office supplies.
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
- Building & Supporting in Budget Development.
- Sending Invoices for Finance approval by your Lead and coordinating with the Global HR Team for any HR Queries, in order to support Employees.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
- Office Management Experience.
- Budget & Cost Coordination.
- Front Desk Experience in welcoming & Greeting Guests.
- Managing HR administration & system.
- Supporting payroll & contract requests.
Nice to have skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Spanish language.
