Job Description

This YouTube Specialist role at Google's gTech Ads Solutions SE focuses on providing client service, market analysis, and strategic advertising solutions. Responsibilities include completing extensive Google product suite training, developing and applying market knowledge to solve client challenges, leading conversations on holistic media strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for account growth, and driving discussions on YouTube/DV360 media measurement and attribution. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in digital media and advertising campaigns. The role requires fluency in English and is located in Warsaw or Wrocław, Poland.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years digital media/advertising experience
  • Client relationship management
  • Fluency in English
  • Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic knowledge
Good to have:
  • Data analysis and pattern identification skills
  • Ability to influence various business personalities

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google products across Google Ads, YouTube and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to process data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence various personalities within a business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for clients' business challenges.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of YouTube or DV360 media.
