About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is the R&D department of Lightspeed Studios, which has developed various high-quality games including PUBG Mobile. The Tech Center leads technological research and innovation, providing technical support for game titles throughout their lifecycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next-generation technology, and technical partnerships.

What the Role Entails

1. Responsible for analyzing product requirements and architecture, and designing test methods and test cases.

2. Responsible for testing tasks such as product functionality, system performance, platform compatibility, and API interface testing, and for discovering, collecting, clarifying, promoting, and tracking the resolution of quality issues during product operation.

3. Responsible for specific testing tasks such as analysis of similar products, stability analysis, and system reliability, and for planning and implementing specific testing activities.

4. Plan and promote the construction of automation and continuous integration (CI) in game products to improve the overall development efficiency of testing and projects. Responsible for introducing and building excellent industry automation testing tools and platforms to enhance overall delivery quality.

5. Build effective evaluation models and methods, and conduct quantitative analysis based on business characteristics.

Who We Look For

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer software-related fields.

2. Excellent logical thinking skills, good communication, coordination, and drive.

3. Possess basic knowledge of software engineering and be proficient in software testing theories and methods.

4. Have a solid theoretical foundation in computers and be familiar with the basic principles of operating systems and networks.

5. Pursuit of excellence, attention to detail. Possess a mindset of thinking from the user's perspective, adhering to principles, and having excellent learning ability and independent thinking habits.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proficient in one or more programming languages.

2. Excellent coding ability and experience using various common debugging tools.

Salary

Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)

• Consideration will be given to experience and skills, and preferential treatment will be provided according to company regulations.
• Includes 35 hours of fixed overtime per month. Overtime exceeding this will be paid separately.

Working Hours and Holidays

Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Discretionary labor system may apply depending on position.

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays)

Paid leave: For the first year, prorated based on the joining month. Up to 22 days based on years of service.

New Year holidays (Dec 30 - Jan 3)

Sick leave (paid): 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave)
