Insider, a B2B SaaS company, is seeking a B2B Sales & Account Manager to drive growth for its clients. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset and at least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to mid and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, identifying market trends, presenting value propositions, supporting the SDR team, and forecasting sales. The role requires strong relationship-building, consulting, and strategic thinking skills. Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years quota-carrying sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

The Opportunity

This role calls for a strong hunter mindset in the SaaS sales environment with a track record of closing new businesses. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of selling SaaS Solutions to mid and enterprise clients. Being a part of our sales team requires a great set of skills, such as relationship building, consulting, strategic thinking, and creating a robust sales pipeline. Job Description

  • You will interact with clients at all stages of the sales cycle; from prospecting and acquiring clients, through demoing the platform, to negotiating and closing,
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status,
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations,
  • Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Development Representative ( SDR) team to generate new qualified opportunities and pipelines through innovative outbound strategies,
  • Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team,
  • Accurate forecasting and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline at all times.


What we expect from you

  • have minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS,
  • have knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • having previous experience with the eCommerce, retail, and banking industries is a plus!
  • have a proven track record of exceeding revenue quota in a Sales or equivalent role,
  • are collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level,
  • have the ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
  • are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • have exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
  • having knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • have a university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
