Responsibilities - Responsible for planning and developing the internal business analysis team of ByteDance and the Volcano Engine mid-platform, enhancing team expertise and driving business growth. - Business Empowerment: Collaborate with the overall business strategy to formulate actionable strategies, including but not limited to crafting sales strategies and executing them, establishing review mechanisms, with timely reviews and adjustments based on feedback. Optimize and enhance existing product management strategies, reinforce product reviews, and clarify assessment metrics and revenue calculation rules. - Internal Operations: Build and optimize internal business analysis, enhance commodity management and operational analysis efficiency. Support business in understanding product composition, and assist business teams in achieving management goals which improve efficiency. - Security and Compliance: Ensure business access and operations compliance, mitigate business compliance risks, enhance user credibility, and achieve healthy business development.

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 10 years of experience in managing business teams, preferably with experience managing multiple teams. - Possess the ability to define strategic goals, break down objectives, formulate corresponding problem-solving strategies based on goals and implement them. Have a track record of success. - Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, driving teams to achieve business objectives, and providing insightful business decision-making support. - Ability to identify issues from business data and internal management, make effective decisions under pressure, and drive problem-solving efforts. - Proficient in integrating internal resources and experienced in cross-business collaboration.
