Job Summary

Job Description

This role focuses on developing new business for Google's advertising solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting and managing new business opportunities, consulting with C-level clients to achieve online marketing goals, identifying customer needs, designing marketing solutions, working with internal stakeholders, and conducting market research and analysis to develop effective strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with experience in business development and marketing. Experience with digital and traditional media in the Indian market is preferred, along with fluency in English and other regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years business/business development experience
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Prospect, manage, and forecast new business
  • Consult with C-level clients
  • Design compelling marketing solutions
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Marketing campaign experience
  • Experience in business, consulting, media, or advertising
  • India market knowledge (digital & traditional media)
  • Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in business or business development.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing business role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, creative strategy, relationships and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with working in business, consulting, media, or advertising.
  • Knowledge of India market and insights into both digital and traditional media with the ability to analyze spreadsheets and create or deliver presentations.
  • Ability to communicate in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent communication and collaborating skills, with the ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.

In this role, you will work with a variety of internal stakeholders to optimize business partnerships to help grow and develop their digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.
  • Consult with C-level customers to achieve online marketing and business goals.
  • Identify the customer's needs and tests. Design compelling marketing solutions and develop solutions using product knowledge to optimize success for our customers and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and represent the customer internally.
  • Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies which capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
