Ninja Van Vietnam is looking for a Business Development professional with 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing. Experience in 3PL logistics, specifically order fulfillment and warehousing, is a plus. Must-have skills include strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lên kế hoạch tìm kiếm khách hàng và hiểu các yêu cầu để tư vấn dịch vụ.
Trao đổi với các bên liên quan Marketing, Product … để cung cấp giải pháp Fulfillment.
Thực hiện các chương trình bán hàng, tiếp thị và phát triển sản phẩm, hướng tới khách hàng hiện tại và mới.
Đàm phán với khách hàng, và bán chéo các sản phẩm khác nhau nhằm thúc đẩy kênh bán hàng mới
Thu thập thông tin chi tiết về thị trường để tạo ra các cơ hội kinh doanh Fulfillment.
Chủ động tổng hợp và soạn thảo phần thuyết trình dịch vụ cùng khách hàng

Requirements

Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm về bán hàng, phát triển kinh doanh và tiếp thị
Kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh hậu cần 3PL, đặc biệt là hoàn thiện đơn hàng và kho bãi là lợi thế
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học
Kinh nghiệm bán hàng/ phát triển kinh doanh hoặc quản lý tài khoản trong thị trường hậu cần thương mại điện tử
Mối quan hệ làm việc hiện tại mạnh mẽ với khách hàng
Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) và Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)

Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, 253 Điện Biên Phủ, Quận 3 , lầu 2 (tòa nhà SCID Building)

Salary and benefits:

Competitive income compared to the market

"Tet" bonus , Performance review from 1 - 4 months

12 days annual leave, 5 days sick leave (with full salary)
