Key responsibilities:
Manage delivery of change requests and defects closure across APAC markets
Capture business requirements from market, perform functional solution; work with central technical team or process management & optimization manager (where required) to finalize design.
Work with Change & Adoption manager to deliver training to relevant markets on changes implemented.
Update documents (requirements document, design documents and etc) where necessary on changes.
Keep HRE team updated on changes ensuring team is aware of the latest design.
Maintain the APAC technical landscape documents
Support team in getting buy-in from stakeholders for the functional solution while ensuring acceptance and alignment with central technical team
Be aware of upcoming Workday releases and identify solutions applicable for APAC
Work with central technical team to manage scheduled Workday releases
Prepare metrices which identify data discrepancies and improvements; work across HRE team to drive the necessary improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Possess 5-8 years of work experience in HR consulting or operations, with a background in managing complex projects and delivering results.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and operational efficiency.
Proficient in HR software and data analysis tools.
Strong project management skills, capable of leading initiatives from concept to execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building abilities and experience collaborating across functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
