Razer Gold is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Brand & Content Marketing Manager to propel the Razer Gold brand globally in the hypergrowth gaming community to become the preferred payment method, and destination for game top-ups.
You will work closely with Razer Gold’s Global Senior Brand & Content Planner, the business regional marketing teams and business development, product, engineering, and operations team of Razer Gold platform. The position has the responsibility of developing and executing brand activations, promotions and marketing activities related to Razer Gold products (wallet, webshop, publisher stores, in-game) and content with the regional marketing teams to drive user acquisition, revenue growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content marketing programs with merchants/content providers, and regional marketers to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Adjust program budget and manage and control actual spend to ensure return of investment is optimized.
- Report the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and spend.
- Monitor and timely reporting on program performance – efficiency and effectiveness, actual spend against budget, key learnings and insights/opportunities.
- Communicate, collaborate, and calibrate effectively with regional marketing teams, relevant internal stakeholders (performance marketing, engineering, customer advocates), content partners/merchants and third-party partners on upcoming proposals, events, programs, advertising and promotion requirements, legal and compliance clearance, and key learnings from past programs.
- Setup and monitor promotions on Razer Gold admin consoles.
- Lead the development of Go-to-Market plans with compelling communication plans (pre-launch, launch and sustenance) and ensure quality and timely execution with regional teams to drive program hype, awareness and conversion.
- Coordinate the Go-to-Market plans between internal and stakeholders to deliver a holistic delivery and implementation.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparison with Account Management and Product departments to ensure products are relevant to the market and offerings and services are comparable to others.
- Developing and implementing communication strategy with Razer global marketing and content teams for press social and community engagements
- Prepare all necessary documents, legal requirements and brand approvals required for marketing activities
- Prepare and present program and recurring reports for Razer Gold management
- Work with business development team to develop and manage product literature, presentation, and sales enablement materials to acquire more partners for Razer Gold.
Pre-Requisites :
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand/Content/Product Marketing
- BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar relevant field
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skill
- Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide insights to customer trends, market needs and possible packages to address gaps identified
- Experience in working with international partners and multi-country partnership
- Experience in managing a diverse set of internal and external partners
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, BI tools, and documentation
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
