We’re hiring a sharp, detail- driven Content Writer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the voice of our brand across digital campaigns, product launches, events, and lead gen initiatives. From emailers and landing pages to video scripts, event collateral, and product explainers, you’ll be responsible for crafting content that engages, informs, and drives action across multiple channels.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external stakeholders to create cohesive messaging that supports campaign objectives and enhances our brand presence. Whether it’s a summit, a new feature release, or a performance campaign, your writing will play a key role in how we communicate with prospects, users, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging, and action oriented content for a wide range of formats including emails, landing pages, campaign messaging, product walkthroughs, video scripts, event communications, and on-site collateral
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and develop timely, relevant messaging for different audiences (prospects, customers, event attendees, internal teams)
- Support product marketing initiatives with crisp, benefit driven copy across websites, update announcements, and user communications
- Collaborate with designers to ensure content aligns seamlessly with visual direction and enhances user experience
- Create short-form and long-form content to support events, lead gen campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Assist in writing event scripts, live session intros, or recap content as needed
- Manage multiple feedback loops and revise content quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
- Contribute to campaign concepts and brainstorming sessions alongside the broader marketing team
Expectations
- Ability to take briefs and turn them into strong, targeted messaging that aligns with marketing objectives
- Comfortable working across campaign types including demand generation, event marketing, product updates, and educational content
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- Strong feedback loop mindset with openness to iteration and quick pivots based on direction or business priorities
- Confident collaborating with design to shape strong content and visual alignment
- Proactive, self-managed, and capable of delivering high-quality work without micromanagement
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
Technical & Creative Skills
- Strong grasp of grammar, tone, and writing for B2B digital formats
- Experience writing copy for web, email, social, events, and product campaigns
- Familiarity with collaboration, project, and task management tools.
- Bonus: exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, or loyalty platforms
- Nice to have: experience with scripting or live event writing, video, or multimedia storytelling
