ABOUT THE ROLE
As the CRM Lead Coordinator here at LeoVegas Group, you will manage and mentor a team of CRM Coordinators, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns, bonuses, and player rewards. Your role will focus on guiding the team to deliver high-quality, error-free campaigns, while driving continuous improvement and process optimisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to help your team excel in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM Coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes precision, accountability, and professional growth.
● Oversee the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring the team adheres to best practices in setting up and managing bonuses, rewards, tournaments, and player communications.
● Ensure quality control processes are followed rigorously, reducing errors and proactively addressing issues through robust incident reporting and resolution practices.
● Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and integrating automation tools, streamlining workflows, and promoting best practices within the team.
● Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, while maintaining high standards in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitive strategies, and regulatory changes, ensuring the CRM team remains ahead of the curve and compliant.
● Manage escalations effectively, offering solutions and ensuring timely resolution of campaign-related customer issues, while empowering the team to handle challenges autonomously.
● Lead training initiatives, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed, whether they are new to CRM or more experienced coordinators.

● Knowledge of CRM systems, campaign execution, and industry best practices, with a focus on player engagement and retention.
● High level of accountability and commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
