Job description

As a CRM Leader for our dynamic Technology Consulting team based in the Czech Republic, you will be at the forefront of our Customer Relationship Management efforts. You will play a pivotal role in managing the CRM team, fostering business development, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the CRM team to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and facilitating professional growth.

  • Cultivating a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

  • Identifying and cultivating potential customers for lead generation.

  • Developing strategic partnerships with alliance partners.

  • Leading the preparation of proposals, refining sales pitches, and developing sales strategies to close more deals.

  • Designing and executing client engagement projects.

  • Monitoring client interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

  • Acting as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing timely resolutions.

  • Working closely with other consulting teams to identify and develop opportunities and deliver projects.

  • Collaborating with external vendors on project delivery.

Requirement of the role

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a CRM leadership role and consulting background

  • Existing relationship with CRM alliance partners

  • Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience in client engagement and handling complex client issues.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and external vendors.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as MS Dynamics and Salesforce

  • Fluent in Czech and English
