As a CRM Leader for our dynamic Technology Consulting team based in the Czech Republic, you will be at the forefront of our Customer Relationship Management efforts. You will play a pivotal role in managing the CRM team, fostering business development, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating across functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing the CRM team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and facilitating professional growth.
Cultivating a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Identifying and cultivating potential customers for lead generation.
Developing strategic partnerships with alliance partners.
Leading the preparation of proposals, refining sales pitches, and developing sales strategies to close more deals.
Designing and executing client engagement projects.
Monitoring client interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Acting as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing timely resolutions.
Working closely with other consulting teams to identify and develop opportunities and deliver projects.
Collaborating with external vendors on project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in a CRM leadership role and consulting background
Existing relationship with CRM alliance partners
Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
Strong business development skills, including lead generation and strategic partnerships.
Experience in client engagement and handling complex client issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as MS Dynamics and Salesforce
Fluent in Czech and English
