Customer Service Call Center Representative

We’re looking to hire a Customer Service Call Center Representative for a consumer banking and financial services company. 

In this role, you will join the Customer Service Team to provide exceptional support and accurate information regarding Depositor Accounts and Financial Products. This is a 6-month Contract Opportunity. The role is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is fully on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on deposit products and services.
• Perform timely follow-ups on account inquiries.
• Research, analyze, verify, and reconcile account information.
• Document interactions clearly and update database systems.
• Escalate exceptional service reports and complaints as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and departmental systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
