Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Biz Dev, the Customer Success Manager will be the primary contact for content providers, focusing on distribution partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring proper exploitation of distribution rights. The role also involves managing partner trust, onboarding new providers, and handling Steam key stocks. Additionally, the manager will oversee operational tasks like game referencing and integration on distribution platforms, ensuring smooth processes and strong partner relations.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Biz Dev, your role will be to consolidate our partnerships by being the main point of contact for content providers on the distribution activity.

Your main missions will be:

1- Developing relationships with distribution content providers and optimizing performance:

  • Be the main point of entry for our content providers
  • Synthesize and present deal opportunities to our content providers
  • Ensure that distribution rights are properly exploited and that all available content is offered on each platform
  • Share, plan and monitor promotion periods

2- Partner relationship management:

  • Maintain a good level of trust between Plug In Digital and our partners
  • Support new content providers after signing the distribution agreement and ensure their onboarding

3- Managing Steam key stocks:

  • Respond quickly to stock requests from the sales team and ensure proper receipt
  • Ensure proper handling of our new Steam key management tool by platforms

4- Operational management:

  • Ensure proper referencing of games with our partners (in distribution & publishing)
  • Supervise the integration of games on distribution platforms

Candidate Profile

  • From a higher education background (university or business school), you have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent position (experience in the video game industry would be a plus).
  • You master negotiation and loyalty techniques and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are dynamic, persistent and proactive.
  • You are organized and adaptable.
  • Finally, you are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
