Job Description

Growe is seeking a Data Analyst to define key metrics for internal teams and assist in decision-making. The role involves developing user-friendly Tableau dashboards to monitor primary KPIs, identifying opportunities and issues through data analysis, and presenting actionable insights. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity from various sources and enhancing data accuracy, reliability, and quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of analytical experience and possess strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or similar tools, along with solid statistical knowledge.

Must have:

At least 2 years of analytical experience
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
Solid statistical knowledge
Minimum English level: Intermediate

Good to have:

Familiarity with GIT and Airflow
Experience with Python libraries

We need your professional experience:

At least 2 years of analytical experience;
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel;
Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools;
Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze complex data;
Minimum English level required: Intermediate;
Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus;
Experience with Python libraries is also a plus.
