Job Summary

Job Description

As an Ejecutivo de Cuentas Medios Tradicionales, you will be responsible for the planning process, the execution of plans, revisions and/or adjustments that are generated during the planning process and the monitoring of the purchase of media. Key responsibilities include extracting and organizing information from industry tools, entering the purchase of plans into the system, sending purchase orders, verifying necessary materials, finalizing delivery times with suppliers and managing the acquisition of materials (client/creative agency). You will also be responsible for tracking the implementation of campaigns, obtaining testimonials, monitoring the campaign's performance (using IBOPE tools) and adjusting the plan as needed. Maintaining the leadership team informed of changes and reporting on campaign activities to the client are also key responsibilities.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in traditional media
  • Knowledge of traditional media platforms
  • PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
  • Excel (pivot tables and data filters)
  • English (reading and writing skills)

Descripción del empleo

Responsable del proceso de planeación, realización de planes, revisiones y/o ajustes que se generen durante el proceso de planeación y seguimiento a la compra de medios. 

Responsabilidades claves: 

  • Extracción y organización de información de competencias y análisis de audiencia de las herramientas de industria.
  • Ingresar al sistema la compra de los planes.
  • Envió de órdenes de compra.
  • Verificar materiales necesarios, concretar tiempos de entrega con proveedores y gestionar la adquisición de materiales (cliente/agencia creativa)
  • Seguimiento de la implementación de las campañas, obtención de testigos, monitoreo de que la campaña está saliendo (herramientas de ibope) y ajustar el plan, de ser necesario.
  • Mantener informado al equipo de liderazgo de cambios.
  • Reporte de actividades de las campañas al cliente.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida.
  • De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en medios tradicionales (tv abierta, paga, radio, OOH (exteriores), cine, revistas).
  • Conocimiento básico de plataformas de medios tradicionales IBOPE (MSS TV), Adspend, INRA, TomMicro,  TGI y EGM.
  • PowerPoint (elaboración de presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo).
  • Excel medio/avanzado (Tablas dinámicas y filtros de Data).
  • Nivel de inglés (Habilidad para redactar y comprender el idioma).
