We are looking for a creative and highly organized Entertainment Director to lead the entertainment strategy and execution across all premium guest lounges during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The tournament will be held in 16 stadiums across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, each featuring multiple hospitality lounges ranging from village type format to VVIP suites. The Entertainment Director will be responsible for curating unique, high-quality entertainment experiences tailored to each market, coordinating performers and suppliers, and managing regional entertainment managers, as well as staff on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the overall entertainment concept and experience strategy for all lounges in.
Develop curated entertainment plans for each stadium, tailored to local culture, guest profiles, and event schedules.
Source, evaluate, and contract local performers, artists, and entertainment vendors in each city.
Ensure all entertainment elements meet brand guidelines, safety standards, and operational requirements.
Hire and manage a team of Regional Entertainment Managers responsible for on-site execution in each region.
Coordinate with Lounge Managers to ensure that all technical requirements for performances (sound, lighting, space, power supply, etc.) are met in advance.
Oversee the entertainment production schedule, artist logistics, rehearsals, and live performance delivery.
Monitor performance quality and guest feedback to ensure consistent excellence.
Manage entertainment budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across all markets.
Act as the central point of contact for all entertainment-related matters before and during the event.
You Have These:
Minimum 7 years of experience in live entertainment, event production, or experiential marketing
Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver diverse entertainment formats (musicians, cultural acts, performers, interactive installations, etc.).
Strong network of performers and vendors across North America and/or globally.
Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
Experience working in multi-venue or international events.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities, especially across cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French are a strong asset.
Willingness to travel frequently across the USA, Mexico, and Canada.

Background in luxury hospitality, production, or brand activations.
