Job Description

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to drive the bring-up of state-of-the-art SOCs. Responsibilities include analyzing product yield limiters, troubleshooting failures on ATE at wafer and package levels, characterizing performance and power, leading multi-functional efforts to root-cause problems and implement improvements, and influencing next-gen products through collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with automated test environments, and understanding of software-hardware dependencies. Experience with Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with design and production teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level

  • Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market

  • Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements

  • Influence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverage

  • Experience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment. Understanding of software-hardware dependencies.

  • Exposure to both Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
