Must have:
  • 5+ years of Product Analytics, Data Science, or Analytics experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
  • Ability to draw insights from complex data and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Comfortable communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our growing Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with a passion for understanding user behavior and driving product decisions through data. This role will be responsible for leading data initiatives that empower our product managers, designers, and engineers.

What you’ll do:

  • Directly support our product team with tooling, data exploration, and insights for understanding user engagement, feature adoption, and overall product performance.
  • Lead a team of product analysts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our product data systems and reports, providing key reporting and dashboards for product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our product analytics frameworks, data pipelines, and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, enhance data quality, and optimize analytical processes to support efficient and effective product development and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of data insights into the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with product teams to define key metrics, design experiments (A/B tests), and analyze results to inform product strategy and measure the impact of new features.

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a field directly related to Product Analytics, Data Science, or Analytics.
  • 2+ years experience in a management role, leading the completion of key analytical projects and mentoring analysts.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of product development methodologies and how data informs the product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to draw actionable insights from complex data analysis and effectively communicate those insights to product teams and leadership.
  • Extensive experience working with SQL, Excel, and a scripting language like Python (or R) to extract, manipulate, and analyze product data.
  • Highly comfortable communicating complex analytical or technical concepts to non-technical product stakeholders and effectively managing those relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to create clear and concise documentation of analytical processes and findings.
