The Role
As a Sofar MC, you’ll be leading the show – making sure the audience feels welcome, our artists feel supported, the sets are transitioning seamlessly, and creating opportunities for audience members to interact with the artists and with each other. You'll also take on regular crew duties as needed, working closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
The majority of our shows take place on evenings and weekends, and we expect our crew members to commit to working multiple shows per month. Please see below for hourly rates in cities that we are currently hiring in.
