We offer:

We are now looking for a Facilities and Infrastructure manager to join our team in Gothenburg. Working with our Facility Coordinator, you’ll be accountable for the safe and efficient execution of all preventative & corrective maintenance & breakdown response activities on all facilities and infrastructure in our terminal.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead all planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring that they are completed efficiently based on calendar, operating hours, condition, and priority
  • Ensure all buildings, facilities and infrastructure are maintained in accordance with local legislation and standards specified by APMT global functions
  • Ensure KPIs and budgets for facilities maintenance and any projects are met, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring facilities and infrastructure are maintained to meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers, with a strong emphasis on service quality and satisfaction
  • Ensure maintenance strategies are developed for all buildings and infrastructure, including all minimum requirements specified by Global Asset Maintenance
  • Be accountable for ensuring the integrity of all buildings and infrastructure through development and execution of appropriate preventive, predictive and inspection activities
  • Manage a risk-based approach to pending corrective maintenance, considering the compounded risk to safety and operation through multiple failures or defects
  • Manage contracts for outsourcing of services or specialist activities as required

We’re looking for:

  • Minimum university degree in related industry.
  • Solid experience in an operational Asset Maintenance or facility management related environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills

  • Experience in a strong service oriented, stakeholder-management focused environment
  • Understanding of Building and infrastructure maintenance planning metrics, principles, its processes and requirements
  • Practical, planning and work scheduling capabilities, ready to improve and challenge the status quo
  • Structured, driven, self-motivating, result orientated
  • Highly disciplined – following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation
  • High quality awareness and ability to work with constant care
  • Sensitive to cultural diversity and experience in a multicultural environment, with
  • respect to employees, local authorities and other stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence
  • Excellent English and Swedish written and verbal communication
