Job Description

As a Field Service Technician for Tesla's Energy and Charging Field Service team, you'll ensure optimal operation of renewable energy storage products and Superchargers. Daily responsibilities include traveling to various sites across Poland (and potentially abroad) to perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities. You'll troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, manage stakeholders, prevent recurring problems, and provide feedback to engineering teams. Organizational tasks like planning and organizing technical activities are also included. This role requires expertise in electrical engineering, specifically with low and medium voltage systems (high voltage experience is a plus).

Must have:

Electrical engineering technician experience
Low/Medium voltage system experience
Troubleshooting and repair skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and independent work style
Fluency in Polish and English

Good to have:

High voltage system experience
Renewable energy passion

What to Expect

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do

Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in western Poland and abroad when needed
Troubleshoot and perform root - cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
Stakeholder managment - act as the first point of contact to contractors
Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities

What You’ll Bring

Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
A passion for renewable energy
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
Flexible towards travelling
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
