We are currently looking for an experienced Game Product Manager who will analyze metrics, shape the development strategy, and implement product improvements. If you value not just managing but inspiring and helping employees grow — we’d love to have you on our team!

What You Will Work On:

• Analyze product metrics to identify problem areas and growth opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses to improve key product scalability metrics.
• Analyze released features and monitor changes in key product metrics.
• Create and prioritize the product roadmap based on metric analysis.
• Evaluate product profitability.
• Prepare regular reports on the product’s performance.
• Manage product risks and ensure timely risk identification.
• Conduct market analysis and track trends to generate hypotheses for product improvement.

What We Expect:

• Deep understanding of F2P game analytics metrics and how to influence them.
• Strong logical thinking skills.
• Business goal orientation.
• At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• At least 2 years of experience working on an F2P project.
• English proficiency of Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken).

Would Be a Plus:

• A strong mathematical background (probability theory and applied statistics).
• Experience as an analyst in a product team.
• Good knowledge of the casual F2P games market and current gaming trends.
• Ability to express thoughts clearly in writing and effectively communicate with colleagues.
