Job Description

The Product Engineer is responsible for supporting existing products in production and transitioning new products to volume production. This includes product characterization, qualification, yield analysis, and improvement. The role involves interaction with technical and production groups, leading projects, and developing project schedules. Requires experience with automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test, and CMOS basics. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical capabilities is also necessary.

Must have:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
1-2 years of Test Product Engineering experience (NPI/Sustaining).
Experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
Experience with CMOS basics and device physics.

Good to have:

Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, failure analysis.
Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing.
Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired.

Job Description

Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production. Focus on product expansion to different fabrication sites. Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement. Position requires interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
1-2 years of Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining) experience.
Demonstrated experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS, preferably analog / power electronics IC knowledge.
Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus.
Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired

Competencies:

Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of advanced data analysis & statistical capabilities
