Lanterns, an independent video game studio located in Tunis, Tunisia, is seeking a talented and passionate Game Programmer to join their development team. The role involves implementing, testing, and optimizing current game systems in collaboration with game designers and developers. The programmer will be responsible for designing and testing gameplay features and prototypes, analyzing and optimizing game systems performance, ensuring the reliability and stability of the product's codebase, and contributing to developer documentation. Additional responsibilities may be added as needed. The studio focuses on narrative video games and aims to deliver compelling and responsible gameplay experiences and stories.
Must have:
- Implement, test and optimize game systems.
- Design and test gameplay features and prototypes.

- Ensure code base reliability and stability.

- Analyze and continuously strive to solve and optimize game systems performance.
- Ensure reliability and stability of the product’s code base.
- Contribute developer documentation based on on-going developments.
- Other responsibilities may be added later when needed.
