The Enterprise Product And Solution Business Development team is one of the critical teams within ByteDance. We support multiple international products and services to explore and develop around the global markets. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our OEM Partnerships team with a focus on strengthening the B2B strategic partnerships with global OEM partners. This position requires excellent relationship building and product management including the appropriate level of influence and persuasiveness, along with the ability to work efficiently at all levels of an organization. - Lead engagements with top tier OEM partners across the global, with a differentiated ByteDance solution partnerships to accelerate customer business - Be accountable for ongoing relationships and future business growth across the account, by creating and driving innovative business development engagements focused on achieving growth at scale - Work with cross functional teams to negotiate, build and manage comprehensive partnership and GTM agreements that drive mutual goals of business growth for ByteDance and partners - Proven ability to perform in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong customer orientation - Ability to work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in high-tech business partnerships / user growth with OEM networks - Work experience in mobile devices and technology companies - Fluent in Korean and English Preferred qualifications: - Good communication and relationship building skills - Familiar with user growth strategies and methods of Internet companies TikTok/ByteDance is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and respects individuals with disabilities.
