Playtech seeks a proactive Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with key partners. Responsibilities include providing first-level commercial support, understanding partner needs, managing game launches and marketing, driving product usage and upselling, acting as a product expert, handling technical issue escalations, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with international clients, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This is a maternity leave replacement position.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Commercial Business unit. As a market leader in the gambling and financial trading industries, Playtech is at the forefront of delivering business intelligence-driven gambling software, services, content, and platform technology. Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Be the ’face’ of Playtech, maintaining and developing the business and operational relationship with Playtech’s partners in your portfolio by providing first-level commercial support effectively to meet our partner’s needs and requests.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partner’s business by forging deep interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage game launches, marketing promotions, and organize quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive usage and upsell of Playtech tools, products, and services and coordinate any training requests. 
  • Be an expert on Playtech products – not a technical mastermind but eager to work with internal product stakeholders and learn a lot. 
  • Maintain awareness with regards to any updates that may have business impact. 
  • Assist with Technical issue escalations and any queries that our partners may raise beyond the scope of Technical Support and engage other departments in the organization accordingly.

Additional Information

ACCOUNT MANAGER’S TEAM  
Account Management Team in Estonia is part of a wider Commercial Business Unit which provides Account Management and Operational Support to almost 30 different partners of Playtech - industry leaders such as Bet365, William Hill, Betclic, etc. These companies use Playtech’s software and services. Our team of 4 people come from various backgrounds ranging from philology to international relations and aviation, providing our partners a focal point for communication with Playtech.
