What You Will Do
- Drive the growth of Gopay Pinjam business metrics
- Explore customer behavior thoroughly by extracting various data available within the platform
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm hypotheses to various strategic questions
- Test and validate your own hypothesis by doing growth experiments
- Work alongside teams, such as data, marketing and product to execute campaigns, ensure Gopay Pinjam’s discoverability in the market, as well as exploring other growth levers
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience as a growth analyst, or roles related to business & data analytics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data tools and techniques, presentations, and spreadsheets is a must.
- Experience in doing customer analysis and various growth experiments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving results and delivering on commitments.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
