Job Description

As Growth Marketing Lead at Yodo1, you'll develop and manage an inbound marketing funnel, execute B2B paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and plan targeted email marketing and influencer outreach. You'll also lead content strategy, collaborate with designers and developers on website improvements, and oversee graphic asset production. The role requires experience building and optimizing B2B SaaS or agency marketing funnels, driving significant revenue growth, and managing content at scale. You will lead a cross-functional freelance team.
Must have:
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing SaaS or agency growth marketing pipelines
  • Understanding of B2B advertising strategies
  • Experience driving content strategy and managing content production at scale
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in Chinese
  • Expertise in Chinese Social Media Management
  • Experience with web analytics, CRO, and marketing automation tools

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive the development of a high-performing marketing pipeline. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional freelance team of web developers, graphic designers and content writers to execute data-driven strategies that accelerate the company growth.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Develop and manage an inbound marketing funnel that generates leads for all company services.

  • Strategize and execute B2B paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, and Telegram.

  • Plan and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and manage influencer relationships.

  • Coordinate the company’s presence at key industry events.

  • Lead the overall content strategy and oversee content creation across all channels.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and web developers to continuously improve and maintain the company website.

  • Oversee the production and delivery of graphic assets to support all marketing initiatives.

You must have:

  • Experience building and optimizing B2B SaaS or agency marketing funnels that drive lead generation and significant revenue growth.

  • Understanding of B2B advertising strategies

  • Experience driving content strategy and managing content production at scale.

You might have:

  • Proficiency in Chinese

  • Expertise in Chinese Social Media Management

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)

  • Experience in Public Relations (PR)
