As a Growth Product Manager, you will define and execute a growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product plans driving the entire customer journey on our platform across two core products - jobs and courses. Jobs are our top-of-the-funnel acquisition driver and high LTV courses are our revenue driver. Your role will be to drive the acquisition of jobs from various channels, provide the right onboarding, and experience for different channels (organic and inorganic), retain the users across different mechanisms and keep bringing them back to the platform from jobs and content (like micro courses, assessments etc) and improve conversion for our paid courses.
