Job Details
- Xây dựng và phát triển cộng đồng FC Online tại các tỉnh, trường đại học, CLB, phòng máy,...
- Tuyển chọn, quản lý CTV và phối hợp tổ chức các giải đấu, sự kiện offline tại địa phương.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động marketing, truyền thông cho dự án cộng đồng nhằm tăng độ nhận diện và thu hút người tham gia.
- Duy trì kết nối, hỗ trợ và giám sát CTV đảm bảo hoạt động triển khai hiệu quả.
- Sinh viên năm 3/4
- Có thể đi làm toàn thời gian 4/5 buổi tại Văn phòng trong ít nhất 6 tháng (có thể nghỉ 1 ngày để đi học)
- Sẵn sàng làm việc vào cuối tuần tùy theo lịch trình giải đấu.
- Quản lý và tối ưu hóa nội dung trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội như Facebook, YouTube, TikTok,...
- Có kỹ năng viết tốt cho các bài PR, trang landing page,...
- Thành thạo Microsoft Word và Excel.
- Yêu thích FC Online.
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và quản lý tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm phối hợp liên phòng ban.
- Chủ động, đảm bảo tiến độ công việc.
- Làm việc tốt dưới áp lực cao.
