This part-time position focuses on building and developing the FC Online community in various locations including provinces, universities, clubs, and internet cafes. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing community contributors (CTVs), organizing offline tournaments and events, executing marketing and communication strategies to increase awareness and participation, maintaining connections with CTVs, ensuring efficient operation, and managing social media content across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be a 3rd or 4th-year university student, proficient in social media management, content creation (including PR and landing pages), and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, management, and inter-departmental collaboration skills are essential. The role requires commitment to working weekends based on tournament schedules and at least 4/5 days per week in the office for 6 months (with one day off for classes).
