Responsibilities include partnering with sales, developing sales enablement programs, enhancing brand positioning, and leveraging data analytics for ROI maximization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader with strong APAC market expertise and a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS marketing functions in fast-paced environments.

About the Lark APAC Marketing Team: At Lark, our APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) Marketing Team is a powerhouse of creativity, strategy, and innovation. This talented group is dedicated to elevating Lark’s brand, crafting compelling campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement across the region. From executing high-impact digital marketing initiatives to hosting standout events, we work closely with sales, partnerships, and growth teams to generate demand and bring Lark’s unique value to life. About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to drive our growth in APAC! As Head of Marketing, you’ll shape our brand, employ strategies to generate high-quality leads, and work closely with sales to fuel revenue growth. Leading a talented marketing team, you’ll craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that attract and retain customers in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, aligning marketing with business goals, and using data-driven insights to optimize impact. Lead, Inspire, and Grow a High-Performing Marketing Team - Build, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Set clear OKRs to drive team performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Champion professional development, equipping team members with the skills and knowledge to excel in a fast-scaling environment. 2. Drive GTM Strategies and Sales Alignment - Partner with sales leadership to design and execute demand generation campaigns that support pipeline growth and revenue targets. - Develop and implement sales enablement programs, equipping sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to accelerate deal cycles. - Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine positioning and messaging for key segments. 3. Execute Multi-Channel Marketing and Brand Positioning - Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and social media channels. - Develop compelling brand narratives and communication strategies that enhance brand credibility and thought leadership in the SaaS collaboration space. - Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders to elevate brand presence. 4. Optimize Performance with Data-Driven Insights - Define and track key marketing metrics, analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI. - Conduct ongoing market research and customer segmentation analysis to refine targeting and improve conversion rates. - Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making for sustained business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Strategic & Growth-Oriented Marketer: You have a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS marketing functions, particularly in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. You understand what it takes to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across APAC. - Entrepreneurial & Hands-On Leader: You thrive in a dynamic environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. Whether it’s launching a new campaign, optimizing marketing operations, or aligning cross-functional teams, you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats to drive results. - Deep Market Expertise in APAC: You bring a strong understanding of the APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) market, including customer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. You know which industry events, partnerships, and channels will maximize impact and can shape go-to-market strategies accordingly. - Mission-Driven & Results-Oriented: You take ownership of your role, operate with a strategic mindset, and focus on delivering measurable impact. You’re passionate about driving growth, setting ambitious goals, and executing marketing initiatives that contribute to the company’s long-term success.
