PTW is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our vibrant HR team. In this dynamic role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
As the HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, and employee engagement. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role is an advantage. With at least 1 to 2 years of HR experience
