Job Description & Summary

個人獨立性團隊成立之目的在協助並確保所有合夥人與專業人員的個人獨立性遵循。核心業務包括
1.負責獨立性遵循相關工作,規劃、執行及管理事務所專案品質與風險之個人獨立性相關流程
2.就前述工作項目相關事宜,提供同仁諮詢及舉辦教育訓練
3.回應主管機關(如 : 金管會、PCAOB...等)及公司風險管理部門之內部檢查
4.其他主管交辦事項

-善於社交,友善並樂於與他人溝通;
-抗壓力強,具有適應性和靈活性,能在高壓下解決問題;
-具備獨立作業以及能隨時調整工作優先順序之能力;
-團隊合作精神,並願意在需要時提供支援;
-熟悉MS Office軟體操作,Word & Excel尤重;
-良好的中文寫作能力和英文閱讀/口語能力。
-大型會計師事務所/金融服務行業工作經驗者優先
