Indirect Purchasing Systems Internship - Analytics & Operations

NOTE: In order to be considered for this internship, you have to be enrolled into education for the entire duration of the internship.

You will support in the overall Purchase2Pay-process: Support vendor-onboarding and contracting in our systems, optimize the purchase creation process and work on our KPI reporting. The Purchasing team offers the interns an opportunity to develop themselves in an international corporation with both operational and project work during the assignment. • Support the eProcurement team for operational catalogue buying in 30+ countries in EMEA and the Giga Berlin factory
• Be part of the supplier onboarding process and ensure the onboarding is completed in time
• Participate in the contract compliance analysis
• Assist the buyers with purchasing projects
• Support in resolving business inquiries related to purchasing processes
• Maintain KPI reports
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
