We are looking for a motivated and resourceful IT Support Specialist to join our team in Guildford. This role will ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and provide hands-on support to teams locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
Maintain and monitor servers, workstations, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of users, including account setups and access management.
Procure, configure, and deploy hardware and software to meet business needs.
Provide training and clear documentation to help end-users effectively use IT systems.
Support the IT team in global and local projects, contributing to system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices for data and infrastructure.
Requirements
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand business needs and implement effective technical solutions.
