Your role and responsibilities:

We are looking for a Market Operations / Technical Support Analyst to join our Global Technology team. In this position, you will be responsible for daily market and tech operations such as: order and trade-related support, analysis and handling of technical issues, participant onboarding, incident management, connectivity testing, participant and user configuration, and general support of inquiries from the market participants.

  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Order and trade support
  • Setup and configure participants and users in the exchange systems
  • Provide support and analysis for all technical queries
  • Participation in various projects as a project lead within the department and/or technical contributor;
  • Processes and services improvements;


We expect you to have:

  • University degree in computer, telecommunications, IT systems or business administration
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience
  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
  • Basic system management knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
  • Understanding of networking concepts
  • Sophisticated skills of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly salary (Gross):  2400 – 3300 Eur, other bonuses apply.
