As a Junior Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the iGaming industry and customer behavior to make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills are essential to translate complex concepts into requirements and justify decisions to stakeholders. The role also involves pursuing innovative solutions and building a strong understanding of customer needs to create engaging digital experiences.
Must have:
- 1-2 years in Product development role.
- Experience in leading teams in Agile environment.
- Integrity and analytical skills are essential.
Good to have:
- Experience in a regulated service business.
- Understanding of iGaming market.
- Native app product ownership experience.

Job Details
At LeoVegas Group, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner working across our suite of brands. This role offers the opportunity to build and deliver amazing products and experiences for multiple markets and brands together with an international team located in Sweden, Europe and LATAM.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements that align to the business goal.
- Develop an excellent understanding of the iGaming and customer behavior to provide expert guidance and make educated decisions when required.
- Have excellent communication with all stakeholders, be able to translate complex concepts into requirements. Be able to articulate your thoughts to justify your decisions.
- Pursuit of innovative solutions, have a curious mind to suggest better solutions and do not be shy to share them.
- Building an in-depth understanding of our customers, including their needs and
what motivates their behaviors; combine that with experiments to develop the right onboarding, verification, and responsible gaming flows.
- Create joyful digital moments for our customers
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 1-2 years in a Product development role for a large customer base
- Knowledge and experience from leading teams in an Agile environment
- Key qualities are integrity, analytical skills, and ability to create buy-in around you
- Have a genuine passion for building “customer-centric” products. You should consider yourself as the customer’s champion in the organization
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience from working in a regulated service business
- Understanding the iGaming market across multiple territories is a merit
- Native app product ownership experience would be useful
