職務概要

AIラーニング＆デベロップメントコーディネーターとして、全社的なAIスキル向上プログラムの実施を支援していただきます。プログラムの提供をサポートするだけでなく、他の学習イニシアチブにAIを中心としたコンテンツを組み込むために、さまざまな部門と協力します。また、グローバルかつ多機能なプロジェクトチームと連携し、日本におけるプログラムの責任者としての役割を担います。

AIの分野でもあり、まだ何かはっきりした形やこれからのロードマップが詳細に決まっているわけではないですが、一方で皆さんのもつナレッジなどを元に”こうしていきたい”、”こういったことをトライしてみるといいのでは”、という意見なども取り入れる余地がある環境にあると思います。SIEをAIで強化し、先進的な取り組みを行なえるよう一緒に作り上げていけるような仲間を求めています。そういった新しく、これから作り上げていくような仕事に興味がある方は、ぜひご応募ください！

主な業務内容

• 選定された学習コンテンツ製作ベンダーと協力し、さまざまな役割やペルソナに対応したAI学習パスを設計・キュレーションする
• エンジニアリング、スタジオ、オペレーションチームなどの社内の様々な部門と連携し、既存のプログラムにAI学習コンテンツを統合する
• AI学習イニシアチブの効果を評価し、進化するビジネスニーズに対応するためにプログラムを継続的に改善する。
  また、ビジネスニーズに応じて、必要なコース、ワークショップ、オンデマンドリソースなど、学習コンテンツの企画をリード、継続的アップデートを行う。
• AIのトレンドや進歩に常にアンテナを張り、学習資料の最新性と効果を維持する
• 日本の受講者向けにプログラムをローカライズする

その他、チーム状況およびご本人の経験と希望に合わせて、他のラーニング＆デベロップメント、タレントマネジメント関連エリアの業務についても携わっていただく可能性があります。

必要なスキルと経験

• ラーニング＆デベロップメント、タレントデベロップメント、または関連分野での3年以上の経験（例：技術またはAIプロダクトのプリセールスやカスタマーサクセスなど）
• これまでやったことがない、前例がまだない施策の利点を効果的に伝え、周りを巻き込み実現に導くドライブ力
• 複数の取り組みを同時に管理できるプロジェクト管理スキル
• 様々な部署や海外のチームとのコラボレーションスキル
• AIとその変革について、ステークホルダーの立場役割に応じてわかりやすく伝えられる力
• AIとその変革の可能性に対する強い興味関心、業界トレンドの最前線に立ち続ける意欲
• 高い英語及び日本語コミュニケーションスキル（口頭・書面）
