We are looking for a talented Level Designer to help us work on a cross-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. The project is large-scale and ambitious, both from a graphics and game design point of view and from a technical perspective.
The team independently controls all stages of creation on the project and cares deeply about the experience of the players. Together with the team, you’ll have an opportunity to influence the key decisions in prototyping, development, art, and game design.

Designing and creating unique levels
Implementing layouts, players, NPCs, interactive objects, and other game entities
Collaborating with game designers during the deliberation of new gameplay ideas and scenarios and subsequently implementing them into game levels
Conducting playtests and analyzing the resulting data
Working alongside art teams to prototype and implement detailed, high-quality environments
Interacting with technical teams to develop and improve the tools and processes used in creating levels
At least 2 years of relevant work experience (experience working on a multiplayer shooter is desired)
Ability to work out the design of the map, create blockouts, process feedback from stakeholders, and quickly make changes
Understanding of the design factors that affect the flow of player movement through the game map
Understanding of the features of the genre that players find attractive
Level design experience using Maya, 3ds Max, Unity ProBuilder or similar 3D editors
Understanding of the theory and philosophy of level design
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the Intermediate level or higher
experience with third-person shooters.
