We have an immediate need for a curious, collaborative and creative marketer to join our Customer Strategic Marketing team for Fan Channel! In this highly valued role, you’ll bring Action Brands to life in store and online at our Fan retailers. With a solid knowledge of marketing and merchandising, You will be tasked with leading the strategy, development, and execution of programs and best in class marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will help lead Pre-Order communication so our Fan retailers can implement Pre-Orders on time and with excellence! Plus, you will serve as an ambassador to the Fan team by relentlessly encouraging our Hasbro values, being an advocate for change and pioneering break-through strategies that contribute to Hasbro’s long-term growth!

With a proven understanding of eCommerce and in store merchandising, you will facilitate and drive relevancy of Hasbro brands.   This exciting role among an outstanding team will be based in Pawtucket, RI.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Pre-Order Fan Communication: Run the Fan Channel Calendar and communicate updates and information to Fan Retailers
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns for cool Fan Toys with Fan retailers
  • Manage multiple trade activation budgets and supervise financial measurement and analysis against marketing programming.
  • Serve as the Fan Channel shopper specialist using data and insights that support the design of exclusive products, innovative programs and exciting promotions.
  • Drive the exclusive product development process (conceptualizing, coordinating, brief writing, financial analyzing) to bring relevant, innovative toy/game solutions that meet Fan Channel needs.
  • Assist in leading the coordination of various, large audience events i.e. customer previews/line reviews, the industry’s annual Toy Fair event and internal sales and marketing meetings.
  • Establish yourself as a Customer Marketing specialist by sharing key takeaways, competitive findings and industry news with Senior Leadership, US Marketing and Global Development teams on an ongoing basis while driving collaboration among such cross-functional partners.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of multifaceted experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing, sales, retail analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications or Analytics or related field.
  • Experience with the development of fully coordinated retail programs and consumer promotions.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to internal and external partners.
  • A strong ability to influence others to adopt your recommendations.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  Microsoft Excel expertise required
  • Understanding of corporate financials.
  • Experience in retail supplier environment.
  • Positive relationship building and project management skills.
  • A self-starter willing to try new things and think differently.

  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly and keep performance on track.
  • Strategic vision and in-depth understanding of how the shopper reacts to marketing vehicles.
  • Analytical skills to identify projected sales, forecasted lifts and return on investment measurement.

 

 

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $83,700
Pay Range End: $155,500
