Based on the publishing needs of TiMi Studio Group’s products in the Japanese market, assist in designing and executing marketing plans, including SNS campaigns, offline events, KOL collaborations, and media partnerships.
Cover the entire workflow, including proposal creation, resource selection, partner negotiation, material follow-up and coordination, as well as data monitoring and optimization, gaining a comprehensive understanding of internet marketing projects.
Collaborate with TiMi Studio’s development team, Tencent’s domestic and international functional departments, leading Japanese advertising agencies, and top Japanese media/influencers.
Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in Tokyo, prefer a Japanese native speaker or a Chinese native speaker with JLPT N1 or higher proficiency and strong verbal communication skills in Japanese.
Able to work 24 hours per week and commute to Tencent’s Tokyo office or various offline locations as required.
Passionate about gaming, with extensive experience across various platforms and an interest in gaming industry trends.
Highly knowledgeable about Japanese pop culture, familiar with major Japanese social media platforms, celebrities, and influencers.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with anime-style mobile games, such as Uma Musume Pretty Derby, NIKKE, Azur Lane, etc., is highly preferred.
Extensive experience with console games, such as Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy, etc., is an added advantage.
